Privacy Policy
Plain English on what 4K Live IPTV collects, why we keep it, and the controls you've got.
4K Live IPTV ("we", "us", "our") cares about your privacy and we've written this page so it's actually readable. It covers the data we collect when you use 4kliveiptv.cam and our streaming service, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who We Are
We're 4K Live IPTV — an IPTV subscription service. For anything privacy related, drop us a line through our contact page or chat with us on WhatsApp. We're quick to reply.
2. Information We Collect
What you give us
- Email address — we need it to set up your account and send your login details.
- Payment details — handled by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto processors). We don't see or store your full card number.
- Name — optional, only asked when you write to support.
- Support messages — anything you send by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
What we pick up automatically
- IP address — used short-term for fraud checks and country-based pricing. We don't keep persistent logs.
- Browser and device info — collected via cookies so pages load right on your setup.
- Pages you view and time on site — through analytics cookies (more in our Cookies Policy).
3. How We Use It
- To set up and run your 4K Live IPTV subscription.
- To email you login credentials and any service notices.
- To process your payment securely.
- To answer your support questions.
- To spot fraud and keep the site running smoothly.
- To stay compliant with the law where we have to.
We do not sell your personal data. We don't run automated profiling that has legal consequences for you. That's it.
4. Cookies
Yes, we use cookies — essential ones for the site to work, plus optional analytics cookies you can accept or decline through the consent banner. The full list and toggle controls are on our Cookies Policy page.
5. Third Parties
We share data only with the partners we need to run the service, and only the minimum required:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, crypto gateways) — so your payment can go through.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, anonymised) — and only if you've given consent.
- Email infrastructure — to deliver your login email and support replies.
- Law enforcement — only when we're legally required to respond.
None of these partners get your data for their own marketing.
6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're in the EU or UK, here's the legal ground we rely on:
- Contract — we use your email to deliver the service you paid for.
- Legitimate interest — fraud checks and basic site improvements.
- Consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You can take that back anytime.
- Legal obligation — tax records and similar.
7. Data Retention
We hold your email for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records stick around for around 7 years because tax law says so. IP logs roll off in 30 days. Support chats are kept for 12 months unless we're working through an open case.
8. Your Rights (GDPR — EU & UK)
If you live in the European Economic Area or the UK, you've got these rights:
- Access — ask for a copy of what we hold on you.
- Rectification — get inaccurate data fixed.
- Erasure — request deletion (the "right to be forgotten").
- Restrict processing — pause how we use your data.
- Portability — get your data in a portable, machine-readable file.
- Object — push back on processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — pull cookie consent any time.
To use any of these, hit our contact page. We respond within 30 days, usually a lot faster.
9. Your Rights (CCPA — California)
California residents can:
- Know exactly what we collect and why.
- Ask us to delete your personal info.
- Opt out of any sale of personal data (we don't sell it anyway).
- Use these rights without being treated differently for it.
Send your CCPA request via our contact page.
10. Your Rights (LGPD — Brazil)
If you're in Brazil, the LGPD gives you access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to know how your data's being used. Same drill — reach us through the contact page.
11. Security
Everything between your browser and our servers runs over HTTPS. Access to subscriber data is limited to the people who actually need it to do their job. We review our security setup regularly. No system's perfect — we know that — but we treat your data like we'd want ours treated.
12. Children
Our service isn't built for kids under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you think a child's signed up, tell us through the contact page and we'll delete the account.
13. International Transfers
Some of our partners (payment processors, email providers) run servers outside your country. When that happens, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards so your data stays protected at GDPR levels regardless of where it lands.
14. Changes to This Policy
We might update this page now and then. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. For anything substantial, we'll email subscribers so it's not a surprise.
15. Contact
Privacy questions, complaints, or data requests — head to our contact page. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
