Welcome to the 4K Live IPTV refund policy. We've kept it short on purpose. You'll find the trial details, the money-back window, how to ask for one, and the handful of cases where a refund doesn't apply. If anything's unclear, ping us — we'd rather sort it out than hide behind fine print.
1. Eligibility — Who Can Claim a Refund
If you've paid for a 4K Live IPTV plan and you're not happy with the service, you're eligible. There's no special tier or hidden clause. The rules below apply to any customer on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plan.
One catch: the refund applies to your first paid order. Renewals, plan upgrades, and re-subscriptions after a previous refund aren't covered. We figure 24 hours is enough time to know whether the streams hit your screen the way you want.
2. The 24-Hour Free Trial — Try Before You Pay
Before we even talk about refunds, you can test 4K Live IPTV for 24 hours, free, no card needed. You'll get the same channels, the same EPG, the same player support — just on a shorter clock.
The trial ends on its own. Nothing rolls into a paid plan unless you choose it. Start yours from the Free Trial page and you'll have credentials inside a few minutes.
3. The 24-Hour Money-Back Window
Paid and changed your mind? You've got 24 hours from the moment of your first payment to claim a full refund. We don't grill you. We don't make you sit through a "let me try to fix this" call. You ask, we refund.
- The request has to land in our inbox or WhatsApp within 24 hours of your payment timestamp.
- The refund covers first-time orders only — not renewals or plan changes.
- You get the money returned to the exact card, wallet, or account you paid from.
- Bank or processor side, the funds normally show up in 3–7 working days.
4. How to Request a Refund
Pick whichever route is fastest for you. Both go to the same support team:

When you message us, drop in the email on your account and a rough date of payment. That's all we need. We reply to refund requests inside 48 hours, and most are processed the same day they arrive.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds always go back the way the money came in. Card payments return to the card. PayPal goes back to the PayPal balance. Crypto goes back to the wallet you sent from. We can't reroute a refund to a different account — that's a fraud-prevention rule, not us being awkward.
Timing depends on your provider. Card refunds usually clear in 3–7 business days. PayPal is often same-day to 48 hours. Crypto reflects on the next confirmation. If a week's passed and you still don't see it, ping us and we'll chase the receipt with the processor.
6. Exclusions — When a Refund Doesn't Apply
A small handful of cases sit outside the policy. We list them up front so there are no surprises:
- The request arrives more than 24 hours after your initial payment.
- The account got suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing credentials with multiple households or reselling the service.
- You've already filed a chargeback with your bank. In that case we can't process a parallel refund; talk to us directly and we'll close the chargeback together.
- The request is on a renewal charge, not a first-time order. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to dodge those.
7. Renewals & Cancellation
Subscriptions roll over automatically unless you cancel ahead of the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't covered by the 24-hour window — once they bill, they bill. To stop a renewal, message support at least 24 hours before your billing date and we'll switch off auto-renew on the spot. There's no cancellation fee.
8. Technical Issues — Try Support First
If the stream's buffering, a channel's missing, or your player won't open the M3U, please reach out to support before asking for a refund. Nine out of ten issues are fixed inside a few minutes — usually a server swap, a player setting, or a router restart. Our team's on WhatsApp around the clock, every time zone. Once we've tried, if it's still not right, the 24-hour window still applies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy over time — for example, when we add new payment methods or run a longer guarantee promo. Changes take effect the day they're published. Anything you bought before the change keeps the rights it had at purchase time.
