Terms of Service
Give these a quick read before you sign up. They’re short, plain English, and they cover how 4K Live IPTV works.
This page sets out the agreement between you and 4K Live IPTV when you use our website at 4kliveiptv.cam or subscribe to our streaming service. Sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan and you’re telling us you’ve read this page and you’re on board with it.
1. Acceptance
You accept these Terms the moment you create an account, claim a trial, or place an order. You’re also accepting our Privacy Policy. If any part of either document doesn’t work for you, the right move is to stop here and not use the service.
2. Service Description
4K Live IPTV is an internet TV subscription. You pay a flat fee and we give you access to a large library of live channels, on-demand movies, and series, streamed over your normal internet connection. The basics:
- Monthly, three-month, six-month, and yearly plans.
- 1-device, 2-device, and multi-device connection tiers.
- A one-time free trial per account so you can test the picture quality before you pay.
What’s in the lineup can shift over time. Channels change, providers change their licensing, and some content is only available in certain regions. We’ll always do our best, but we can’t guarantee any specific channel will stay in the lineup forever.
3. Account
One account, one household. That’s the rule, and it keeps the price low for everyone.
- Sign up with an email address you actually check — that’s how we send your login and renewal notices.
- Keep your password to yourself. If someone else logs in with your details, the activity is treated as yours.
- Your plan is for personal viewing in your home. Sharing logins with friends, family in another house, or anyone outside your household isn’t allowed.
- You need to be 18 or the legal adult age where you live before you can subscribe.
4. Payments
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Local tax may be added at checkout depending on where you’re based.
- We don’t store your card details. Card, PayPal, and crypto payments are handled by our payment partners on their own secure systems.
- Subscriptions roll over automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your service doesn’t cut off. You’ll get a reminder before that happens.
- If you don’t want to renew, cancel before the next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. The short version: first-time orders are covered by a money-back guarantee window, and renewals on existing accounts are non-refundable. The full rules and time limits live on the refund page.
6. Acceptable Use
Use the service the way most people do — watch TV at home on your own gear — and you’ll never run into this section. The things we don’t allow are pretty obvious:
- Reselling your subscription or handing your login to other people.
- Running bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our servers.
- Trying to record, rip, or rebroadcast our streams.
- Showing content publicly (bars, gyms, hotels, restaurants) without a commercial agreement from us in writing.
- Anything that hammers our network or messes with other subscribers’ viewing.
If we catch any of the above, the account gets cut off right away and the remaining time isn’t refunded.
7. Termination
You can leave whenever you want. Message us on WhatsApp or drop a note through the contact form and we’ll cancel auto-renewal. You keep your access until the day your current period ends. We can also end the agreement on our side if a user breaks the rules above or tries to charge back payments that went through correctly.
8. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service running close to 100% of the time, but no online service is up every second of every day. The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond what local law forces us to give you. We’re not responsible for downtime that comes from things like:
- Your home internet connection or ISP issues.
- Planned maintenance windows or emergency fixes.
- Events nobody could plan for — outages at upstream providers, natural disasters, government actions.
- Channels going dark on the source side, or licensing changes that pull content out of our lineup.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum the law lets us, 4K Live IPTV isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that come out of you using or not being able to use the service. If a court does find us liable for something, the total we’d owe is capped at whatever you actually paid for the current billing period.
10. Indemnification
If you break these Terms or use the service in a way that gets us sued, you agree to cover the legal costs, settlements, or damages tied to your actions. This applies to claims made by third parties, content owners, or anyone else who comes after us because of something you did with your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are read under general international commercial law. If there’s a disagreement, the first step is always a direct conversation between us — most issues get sorted out that way. Anything that can’t be settled by talking will go to binding arbitration rather than to court.
12. Changes
We’ll tweak this page from time to time — when we add a feature, change a refund window, or update a contact channel. Whenever we do, the “Last updated” date at the top changes too. If you keep using 4K Live IPTV after a change, that counts as you accepting the new version.
13. Contact
Anything in here that doesn’t make sense? Ping us through the contact page or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll explain in plain English.
